Pokemon Battle

Oh my god this picture was so much fun and it was my first time using the glowy brushes with the fancy swirls and bursts! So much fun and I love how they turned out.

This is my newly adopted Garchomp gijinka, Maverick and *NightmareInspections's Noivern gijinka, Keith. Once I adopted Mave, I asked if I could draw them fighting each other having a gijinka Pokemon battle! XD And she said of course X3 So I was really excited and wanted to go all out and make this picture just AWESOME! So proud~!

Reading up on Garchomp and Noivern's behavior, both are really territorial and combative so I would figure if these two ever met, it'd only turn into a fight. I imagine Maverick liking to pick on Keith and tease him and then just BAM! Pokemon fight! And then Keith saying something like "I'm getting real tired of your shit, Mave!"

Maverick didn't have anything "weapon"-like so I imagine the spikes out of his back hand much like a Wolverine's blades or something. Coming out only when feeling threatened, etc.

IDK but I just love this picture @.@
